- The property address, postcode and access notes you provide.
- Booking details such as service type, date, time window, add-ons and any notes.
- Payment confirmation details from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use your information
- To arrange, confirm and deliver your cleaning service.
- To contact you about your booking, including changes and reminders.
- To take payment and issue receipts or refunds.
- To handle questions, complaints and remedies.
- To keep basic business records as required by law.
Sharing your information
We share information only where necessary: with our cleaning team so they can complete your booking, and with service providers who host our website, send our emails and process payments. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@dirtxit.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
